“I boght 10 meter of silk velvet but when I got it it was all polyester. When I asked about this they always answer it is "pure", every fabric in Samyakk is "pure"! What a cheating company!!! I will never buy from them again!”

“Excellent customer support and genuine people who are always ready to solve customer's queries.Thanks samyakk to provide me beautifully made sarees and they are exactly as they were shown in the picture on the website. Same colors and texture. Bye from Samyakk u will never disappointed. Trust worthy and cost worthy products. Kanjivaram sarees collection is so wide and beautiful. I never seen the beautiful collection like samyakk on another online store. Bye from Samyakk for hassle free shopping. Very faithful people.”

“Very fast service. Good texture saree. I ordered another saree through my son's account. Pls give me a complement . Thanks Nahomi Received a parcel today . I am not happy about the texture. It is not pure soft silk. Texture feel like cotton. I want to sent it back. Can u pls advise me how to send it to u. Thanks Nahomi”

This is regarding your order for two sarees SR10350 and SR10352. We are in receipt of the issue with your order with Samyakk. The standard width of the saree is 44 inches but we always keep the width a little extra for the convenience of the customer. The width, if extra can always be folded from the top side as in while draping the saree you can tuck the extra part of the saree in the petticoat according to your height and convenience. Also, this extra width i.e, more than the standard size is provided to suit tall customers as they cannot use the saree in case if it falls short.

“I love the saree I bought and received so promptly from Samyakk. AESTHETIC is the word for the beautiful patola I am now admiring in my hands. I am so impressed with the quality and service and how reasonably this PATOLA was priced. Samyakk has great customer service support that answered all my queries efficiently and an easy hassle free payment and courier process. So hassle free I received my saree at my door step without any issues. I am a HAPPY BEE!”

“BAD QUALITY, SLOW PROCESSING, POOR COMMUNICATION. We have a program on March 20th so I ordered a saree on march 1st. but never receive any update from them. Called 2 weeks later, they said still in production. 10 more days gone still no update. Was able to speak to some one after calling several times for 3 days. They informed that still it wasn't shipped. At last they shipped the item after complaining to Paypal. It took another 5 days to receive the item. That time we no more needed the Saree. Not only that, the quality was very poor. We will never order anything from them and we informed all our friends and family member to not to order anything from them.”
