“Very unreliable customer service. I have ordered a saree with unstitched blouse last month. However, not only it hasn’t shipped even till now, the customer service hasn’t even responded to my last queries as well. Horrible service. I’m disputing my credit card charges because at this point i have paid for something which I don’t have.”

“I ordered sarees of $1640.51 online and have not received my order yet. I have been messaging them to get an update but there is no response. I asked them to refund my order and still no response. We are just done with the occasion. I do not recommend to order anyone online.”

“I haven't received the saree yet, so I cannot comment on the quality of the product. However, both the customer service and the promised delivery date were very poor. The website stated that the product was ready to ship, and I opted for COD. However, it did not mention that a deposit was required for COD while placing the order. Later, I received an email requesting the deposit, which made me unsure if it was authentic. I had to place the order again, and now the 'ready to ship' saree will not be shipped immediately but after 30 days. The customer service representative I spoke to was the worst—there was no effort to make things right, even though it was their mistake. They should seriously work on improving customer service.”

“I received the saree that I ordered today and it is not pure Banarasi silk as advertised, it is cheap polyester and it came damaged with loose threads all over the gold motifs. Very poor quality this will be my last purchase with samyakk”

“I ordered a lehenga choli for a bride and the choli is too small despite me sending measurement via video chat. Contacted Samyakk for a way to get a choli to replace the small one. The choli does not even have enough material for me to alter it. The merchant didn't contact back and now I have to get another outfit for the bride at the last minute. I am very disappointed at the poor customer service. Wish I had checked the review before ordering the outfit. I spent over $700 for this outfit and the money is wasted on a product . I will never use this merchant.”

“Samayakk is Unprofessional service provide. Never give full payment if one gives for alterations. Had a very bad experience... Made us come thrice for a minor alteration despite making full payment beforehand. Very disappointed😞”

“I've ordered Lehenga for shipment to USA. Price of the Lehenga was almost Rs.40,000 INR .Initial process of purchase seemed easy and team was responsive. Lehenga was good from external when it arrived but was torn and damaged at many places inside. Measurements for adjusting custom size was done over a video call but the lehenga was never altered to my size and it was very loose . I had to get it done by a tailor nearby and Samyakk team promised to reimburse the alteration charges but they don't respond to my messages anymore.. Cons of online shopping and very disappointed with the service. DO NOT RECOMMEND for buyers abroad as you don't have a choice if something not good.. They don't accept returns for custom alteration and infact they do not do any alteration.”

“The company is absolutely rubbish, not accommodating and terrible service. Lied to me regarding my item and after paying £27 to ship it back for a replacement I only received the same item again. NEVER TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!”

“I was purchased pure white fabric and Samyakk send me other color with pure white embroidery. I return that cloth, that cost is 7000rs. but they back return to me and say ,this is pure white , then i sended him a mail. but they not reply .”

This is regarding your order for two sarees SR10350 and SR10352. We are in receipt of the issue with your order with Samyakk. The standard width of the saree is 44 inches but we always keep the width a little extra for the convenience of the customer. The width, if extra can always be folded from the top side as in while draping the saree you can tuck the extra part of the saree in the petticoat according to your height and convenience. Also, this extra width i.e, more than the standard size is provided to suit tall customers as they cannot use the saree in case if it falls short.

“BAD QUALITY, SLOW PROCESSING, POOR COMMUNICATION. We have a program on March 20th so I ordered a saree on march 1st. but never receive any update from them. Called 2 weeks later, they said still in production. 10 more days gone still no update. Was able to speak to some one after calling several times for 3 days. They informed that still it wasn't shipped. At last they shipped the item after complaining to Paypal. It took another 5 days to receive the item. That time we no more needed the Saree. Not only that, the quality was very poor. We will never order anything from them and we informed all our friends and family member to not to order anything from them.”

“Extremely pathetic & highly untrustworthy. After placing the order there was no corresponce as to what is the date of arrival. After making calls at the store, the operator say" we cant say when we can deliver it" You cant cancel it as they dont disclose any transport related details. Suddenly the packet arrives & not surprisingly the material looks cheap and very different as to what was displayed on the website. Very horrible experience. Im glad they are doing this survey, hope their service & quality related issues get highlighted & improved upon as such collection of fabrics & dresses are difficult to find locally in various places.”
