“Unfortunately your choice of carrier let you down. As ever the fabrics were beautiful, high quality, gorgeous colours and made up into dresses wonderfully. Your Carrier however did not leave any notice that they had been to the house. After getting in touch with you and then UPS to try to locate the fabric, I was told, quite rudely, that it had been posted through the letter box. It hadn't been so I asked them to find out. I have heard nothing more from them. I eventually found the parcel in late January down the end of a 50feet long garden in a shed! I am amazed that there was no damage to the parcel. Your Company is amazing and I will continue ordering from you. I just wish you would use an alternative Carrier.”

“I boght 10 meter of silk velvet but when I got it it was all polyester. When I asked about this they always answer it is "pure", every fabric in Samyakk is "pure"! What a cheating company!!! I will never buy from them again!”

“Excellent customer support and genuine people who are always ready to solve customer's queries.Thanks samyakk to provide me beautifully made sarees and they are exactly as they were shown in the picture on the website. Same colors and texture. Bye from Samyakk u will never disappointed. Trust worthy and cost worthy products. Kanjivaram sarees collection is so wide and beautiful.
