“I love the saree I bought and received so promptly from Samyakk. AESTHETIC is the word for the beautiful patola I am now admiring in my hands. I am so impressed with the quality and service and how reasonably this PATOLA was priced. Samyakk has great customer service support that answered all my queries efficiently and an easy hassle free payment and courier process. So hassle free I received my saree at my door step without any issues. I am a HAPPY BEE!”

“BAD QUALITY, SLOW PROCESSING, POOR COMMUNICATION. We have a program on March 20th so I ordered a saree on march 1st. but never receive any update from them. Called 2 weeks later, they said still in production. 10 more days gone still no update. Was able to speak to some one after calling several times for 3 days. They informed that still it wasn't shipped. At last they shipped the item after complaining to Paypal. It took another 5 days to receive the item. That time we no more needed the Saree. Not only that, the quality was very poor. We will never order anything from them and we informed all our friends and family member to not to order anything from them.”

“I am very pleased with the saris i received in a timely fashion. They looked exactly as i imagined from a picture. Going to order some more as i have a wedding coming. I need to order about 15 saris to gift. whats the best way to do it ? Thank you Nita Patel”

“Samyakk has a beautiful collection of sarees which is why I couldnt resist placing an order for one, was a bit skeptical though. So I spoke with their online customer service representative who put me at ease and said my order would take 6-7 days to reach. 7 days gone and no communication about my shipment, so I pinged them for status. Now they say they dont have my blouse measurements which I had already given with the order, so I send it to them again, keeping fingers crossed. They assured my order would ship in 1-2 days but, another week goes by with no communication. Finally after more emails, I received my saree and blouse which are both beautiful, I love them. However they need to get better with their communication/tracking and make the transaction smoother.”

“I had ordered half and half pure silk saree. Its yellow color saree with pink color pleats. The pink color part covers the pleated nad extends back too and not enough length.”

“Sarees that I ordered were excellent. But the customer service needs improvement. They forgot to add one item and I had to repeatedly ask for it. The delivery date got mixed up. In spite of all this I would still say The sarees I ordered are to my satisfaction.”
