“Poor service. I placed an order on Nov 14th for ready to ship order and didn't hear back anything on the delivery till Nov 17th. No details on shipping was shared. On Nov 17th I made an attempt to send a mail and message on whatsapp. both mail and whatsapp were not responded. I finally made a call on whatsapp and after further checking I am being told that product will be shipped on 18th evening which sounded like some big favor being done to send it by next evening. Also being told it might take another 3 to 4 days to get so basically it it is more than a week of delivery. Pathetic customer service. I am seriously thinking of cancelling as I am not having any trust in terms of receiving this product on-time”

“Overhyped, overpriced, and disappointing service Most customers — especially brides and their parents — walk into Samyakk with high hopes and dreams of finding the perfect outfit for a special occasion. The store creates an initial impression of luxury and professionalism, with staff who are extremely persuasive and skilled at sweet-talking customers into making a purchase. They assure you that every alteration and fitting will be handled perfectly. However, once the payment is made, the experience takes a complete turn. The finished product is often far from what was promised — poor fitting, substandard finishing, and no sense of responsibility when issues are raised. The same staff who made confident promises during the sale show little interest in resolving post-purchase problems. To add to the disappointment, Samyakk’s prices are considerably higher than many other stores, yet the service and quality do not match the price tag. For the kind of money they charge, one would expect a far more professional and customer-oriented approach. Samyakk needs to understand that customers walk in with trust and emotion, expecting reliability and value — not just persuasive sales talk. A brand’s reputation is built on integrity and after-sales service, and unfortunately, that’s where Samyakk has completely failed.”

“These people lie to sell sarees. They claim to have 3g pure gold zari in sarees but they won't write the same on a receipt. They push you to place the order but are reluctant to put down in writing what they are telling you. Before buying from these guys please check Trustpilot reviews. Very poor, only 2.6”

“I have been a regular customer of Samyakk, and they have never failed me! Their communication is always excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. My saree and stitched blouse were shipped to me in California within just seven days of placing the order. The quality is always outstanding, and the blouse fitting is absolutely perfect.
