“I really like all the products you guys have on the website. I have no doubt of the quality too. Although i have the following suggestions that i think can make your service excellent: 1. My order after placed remained in 'processing' state for 4 days. I expected that to change to 'shipped' or 'dispatched'. I placed the order on July 6th,2016 and i expected the delivery on 14th July,2016. i had to call and follow up with the esales team so they dispatch it on time. Maybe you can specify saying the estimated arrival dates for the orders. Would help us customers judge how much earlier we have to place the order to receive it on time 2. Also helps with the esales team updating the status of the order promptly. Should not require us to call and ask every time. Congratulations on a great website and i am sure your team is very efficient too:) I just hope my first experience was a little better!! Good luck.”

“The saree is really beautiful, I love it. I could give five stars if I get the delivery earlier since it took 14 days to dispatch the item. The stitched blouse was somewhat loose at arm according to my measurements. But overall it is good. Thanks.”

“We were getting married in seattle and we had 1.5 month to prepare for the wedding. After looking online for defferent designs we found a wonderful sherwani on Samyak website. Our main worry was if we will be able to get it on time with correct size. Deviprasad did a nice job in making sure that our order was delivered on time with correct size. The sherwani was amazing and everyone at wedding found it unique and elegant. I highly recommend Samyakk for sherwanis.”

“This was my second order with an online Indian clothing store & again I was quite nervous about what could go wrong. Again I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a lehenga choli similar to a Gajiwara design, which unfortunately I wasn't able to find a clearly original version for sale. Unlike a few other online shops I checked, Samyakk doesn't show you the designer photos then send you a poor quality copy. Instead, on their site they show you exactly what you are buying. But on product detail pages, you need to ensure you check out all the photos even though only 3 thumbnails are shown at a time in the menu - use the arrows to navigate this menu. This is important because the blouse fabric may not be the one shown on the mannequin, but the real blouse fabric if different will be shown in the additional photos. So you can see exactly what you're ordering. Samyakk does offer blouse stitching service, but I prefer to have lehenga skirt altered & choli blouse made by a local tailor so the fit will be right. I sew so I know how difficult it can be to get the fit right even when given correct body measurements. I ordered on a Friday (London time) & package arrived the following Tuesday via DHL. All in all it took less than a week from India to UK. If you requested stitching service it'll take longer. Presumably how long will depend on how busy it gets - there may be a queue in addition to time required for stitching. So plan ahead! I was also expecting to have to pay import taxes, but I wasn't charged any for my total purchase of just over £100. Again, the blouse is unstitched fabric. The lehenga is partly stitched - ie one seam left open so your tailor can sew this up to fit you. The skirt is more hefty than the Nakkashi ones I bought elsewhere. It has extra padding & a net layer at the bottom to puff out the skirt. The stitching on the lehenga & dupattaI are pretty good. There are still some loose threads that needs to be trimmed - this is delicate fabrics that's easily snagged after all. The latkan on the lehenga is also quite pretty. All this for quite an affordable price, so I think it's good value for money. I would definitely order from Samyakk again if I find another outfit I like. “Very best services with very standard product. Recently I did shop with them for my family wedding, I loved all eight sareers I ordered all are exactly I show on their web page- Smayakk.com. Also, I purchased men suit and sarwani for my husband and boy it's great. All salwars for my daughter are fantastic.
