“Samyakk has a beautiful collection of sarees which is why I couldnt resist placing an order for one, was a bit skeptical though. So I spoke with their online customer service representative who put me at ease and said my order would take 6-7 days to reach. 7 days gone and no communication about my shipment, so I pinged them for status. Now they say they dont have my blouse measurements which I had already given with the order, so I send it to them again, keeping fingers crossed. They assured my order would ship in 1-2 days but, another week goes by with no communication. Finally after more emails, I received my saree and blouse which are both beautiful, I love them. However they need to get better with their communication/tracking and make the transaction smoother.”

“Sarees that I ordered were excellent. But the customer service needs improvement. They forgot to add one item and I had to repeatedly ask for it. The delivery date got mixed up. In spite of all this I would still say The sarees I ordered are to my satisfaction.”

“Good selections, but costly. some good choices less than Rs 5000 should be therefor regular customers. Order was not processed properly.One saree was good and the second one was not my choice,even though money was refunded”

“Was very happy with the products i received. Samyakk did not disappoint with the quality of the fabric I ordered. I am very sad that Samyakk does not sell fabric any more. The fabric was the best part of the website that distinguished it from other online ethnic clothing stores.”

“The quality was great. Loved the sarees I ordered. My only complaint is I did not receive any confirmation email or confirmation when the order was placed or any idea when the stuff would be delivered. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of the blouse stitching as well and will order again”
