Samyakk has a beautiful collection of sarees which is why I couldnt resist placing an order for one, was a bit skeptical though. So I spoke with their online customer service representative who put me at ease and said my order would take 6-7 days to reach. 7 days gone and no communication about my shipment, so I pinged them for status. Now they say they dont have my blouse measurements which I had already given with the order, so I send it to them again, keeping fingers crossed. They assured my order would ship in 1-2 days but, another week goes by with no communication. Finally after more emails, I received my saree and blouse which are both beautiful, I love them. However they need to get better with their communication/tracking and make the transaction smoother.
