I ordered sarees of $1640.51 online and have not received my order yet. I have been messaging them to get an update but there is no response. I asked them to refund my order and still no response. We are just done with the occasion. I do not recommend to order anyone online.

No follow up on measurements once order was placed. I had to keep
Calling and texting. One of the items said ready to ship but them was told will take 3 weeks. Even to cancel and get refund i had to call multiple phone numbers. WhatsApp customer service reps reply when they want to and that to no details . With time zone difference it was very hard to follow up. I would not recommend this place.

When the company found they could not fill my online paid order, they sent me an email telling me about the problem and that I would receive a refund for the item.
